(from Kumamoto Prefectural Seiseiko High School)

Originally I was aiming to be a veterinarian, but when I actually met and talked with the teachers of Kyudo, I first learned the importance and wonderfulness of my job as an animal nurse. After that, I realized that the ideal image I was aiming for (how to interact with animals and their owners in animal medicine, etc.) was an animal nurse. I chose Kyushu Animal Academy because I can acquire practical knowledge and skills that can be used at any site. In fact, you can learn the knowledge and skills necessary for the field because you can be taught by veterinarians and veterinary nurses who are active in the field and have experience in the field. In addition, because of the lessons and practical training that specialize in animals, every day is fresh and there is more learning and discovery than can fit in a notebook. I am aiming to be a veterinary nurse and trimmer who is aware of even the slightest changes in animals so that animals and their owners can feel at ease. Toward my goal, I am doing my best every day so that I can absorb a lot of things at this school and put the knowledge I learned into action.

I decided to enroll in the Kyushu Animal Academy because I was fascinated by the extensive training content and the fact that I could study while always feeling the atmosphere of the site because it was located next to the veterinary hospital. Right now, I’m trying to be aware of the changes in all the animals in the school, not just the ones I’m in charge of. In addition, we understand the differences in the personality and physique of animals, learn the breeding method that suits each animal, take responsibility, improve our observing ability, and strive to save as many lives as possible.

I dream of becoming an animal nurse. At Kyushu Animal Academy, I thought that I could experience the field of a veterinary hospital live and learn deeply about the weight and value of life. The lectures at Kyushu Animal Academy are all about growing me, and they are very fulfilling every day. In breeding training, it is difficult to create an environment suitable for animals with different individuals and chronic diseases, and to sense abnormalities from minor behavioral changes, but we are working hard. From now on, studying for internships and qualification exams will begin. In addition, I will have more opportunities to come into contact with animals, so I will do my best to gain experience.

(from Kumamoto Prefectural Kikuchinogyo High School)

I entered the school with a dream of working at an animal welfare center from an early age. The reason I entered Kyushu Animal Academy was that it was attached to Ryunosuke Animal Hospital and I thought that I could learn deeply about the inside of the animal industry. Also, I thought that I could see and hear the current situation of the animal industry because I could go to various offices for internships. As I practice breeding, I start by knowing the normal condition of each animal so that I can quickly notice any abnormalities in the animals. Before we start breeding, we sometimes see the animals and notice something unusual, so we always look at the animals before breeding. Also, through two years of class and breeding activities, I want to grow up so as not to overlook a slight change in animals and become a person who can save many lives.

(from Kumamoto Shinai Jogakuin High School)

I enrolled in the Kyushu Animal Academy because I wanted to be an animal nurse or a staff member of the Animal Welfare Center. I decided to enroll because I was fascinated by the fact that I could take classes from the instructors who are currently working at a veterinary hospital, and that I could learn a wide range of things such as trimming and training as well as animal nursing. Right now, I’m focusing on breeding training, and for me, who has never lived with dogs and cats, every day is full of discoveries and very fresh. In the breeding training, I always try to observe the animals closely and act responsibly so as not to overlook the sign of “SOS from the animals”. In the future, I will do my best every day so that I can acquire a lot of knowledge toward my goal and become an immediate force in the animal industry after graduation.

(from Kyushu Gakuin High School)

I chose Kyushu Animal Academy because I thought it was a place where I could not only get a lot of qualifications but also learn more realistic animal circumstances from the attached veterinary hospital. Right now, I am working hard on classes and breeding training. The content of the lesson is quite difficult, but I listen carefully to the instructor and put it together in a notebook and do my best. The breeding training is very rewarding because there are not only healthy animals but also animals in various states, and you can learn different ways of dealing with them. From now on, various programs such as overseas training and internships are planned. I would like to gain a lot of experience at Kyushu Animal Academy and make use of it in the future.
